I’m in the conference room all day - Orientation

The Expo is one week away! Can you believe it! Time flies when you’re having fun!

We all want this expo to be a HUGE success for everyone involved so don’t be shy :) - drop me a line and let’s book a time to talk or go over the aspects of the conference room that all exhibitors will need to know. My various contact info is below.

*Prizes*
If any of our exhibitors are willing to offer any prize giveaways at the expo please let us know ASAP. The minimum donation is a $15 value. We would need to know if you plan on participating as soon as possible so we can list it on the main page of the website and include it in the press release that is going out this week. Please be sure to include what the item you are giving away will be.

If you’re a paid exhibitor or sponsor that isn’t on the Expo Mall page - http://www.businessandlearning.com/memberlist.php - please be sure to contact me as this is a large part of the value that you paid for.

*Tuesday’s Meeting*
Tuesday’s meeting is up in the air, Tammy is moving and it’s Halloween so I’m hoping I hear from a lot of you this week so that we can all be up to speed on what we need to know in order to present at the expo. Let’s work together so that we aren’t scrambling during the expo. There are quite a few new exhibitors and I’m looking forward to getting to know all of the people and businesses involved in the Expo!

Here’s the deal… *I will be in the conference room* located here - http://67.19.231.218/ivocalize/login2.asp?r=60023f2e - from *10am EST to 10pm EST, Today– Monday October 30th*. Stop by and let’s make sure everyone gets their questions answered and their concerns addressed.

I’ll be making some updates to the website early in the morning and hope to see many of you through out the day.
