Tammy, good advice! I am such a multi-tasker that when I set a new goal to focus in on specific tasks on different days of the week I had some rough days. One thing I found that has helped me to focus is to listen to instrumental music on CD or on my iTunes. I say to myself, I will work on this project and ONLY this project until the CD is over. And it works!
